CANASTOTA . . .

Edyth L. Felice, 79, of 2656 Seneca Turnpike, Canastota, passed away on Friday, May 15, 2026, at her home, following a lengthy illness.

She was born on October 8, 1946, in Seneca Falls, the daughter of the late James and Mary (Steele) McNabb.

Edyth lived in Seneca Falls most of her life, attending school there. She has lived in Canastota for the last twelve years.

She and her husband, Edward, managed the Rivermist Apartments in Seneca Falls for several years.

Edyth enjoyed cooking, bingo, the family dogs, and spending time with her family.

She first married Roy Houghtalen, and later married Edward Felice.

Surviving are: one son, Roy and Cindy McNabb of Canastota; two daughters, Tammy and Terry Washburn of Savannah, NY, and Nancy (Houghtalen) Calzada and JR of Hendersonville, NC; eight grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; as well as nieces, nephews, and cousins. Edyth was predeceased by five brothers, William, John, Richard, Douglas, and Lawrence McNabb; and one sister, Betty Varricchio.

At Edyth's request there will be no calling hours or funeral service. Interment will be in Restvale Cemetery, Seneca Falls. Arrangements are under the supervision of the J. Homer Ball Funeral Home, Inc., 201 James Street, Canastota.
