CANASTOTA . . . Deborah A. Musacchio, 70, of 200 Grago Blvd., Canastota, died unexpectedly on Monday, June 21, 2021, at Oneida Health, following a brief illness. She was born on May 17, 1951, in Canastota, the daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth "Betty" (Miles) Ezzo. Deborah lived in Canastota all of her life, and was a 1969 graduate of Canastota High School, and later graduated from SUNY Delhi. She worked for the New York State Department of Labor in Syracuse for many years, retiring in 2000. Deborah was a member of St. Agatha's Church in Canastota. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Surviving are: one son, David Musacchio and his companion, Sarah Lavallee of Canastota; one daughter, Lisa Perkins of Canastota; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Mickey and Christine Ezzo of Tennessee, and Robert and Laura Ezzo of Chittenango; six grandchildren, John Miller, Jr., Devon Miller, Meghan Miller, David Musacchio, Isabella Musacchio, and Oliver Musacchio; as well as nieces, nephews and cousins. Deborah was predeceased by two sisters, Rosemary Magner, and Elizabeth Paver. Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours. Arrangements are under the supervision of the J. Homer Ball Funeral Home, Inc., 201 James Street, Canastota. In her memory, contributions may be made to the Greater Lenox Ambulance Service (GLAS), PO Box 382, Canastota, NY 13032.
