CAZENOVIA . . .

Amy E. Messinger, 43, of 5218 Nelson Road, Cazenovia, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, April 3, 2022, at Upstate Hospital, Syracuse, following a lengthy illness.

She was born on September 20, 1978, in Oneida, the daughter of Joyce (Murphy) Messinger.

Amy has lived in the Perryville area most of her life, graduating from Cazenovia High School.

She had worked on area farms for more than 20 years.

Surviving are: her boyfriend, Timothy Furness; one sister and brother-in-law, Shirley and David Murdie of Canastota; one brother, Ronald D. Messinger of Nelson; as well as two nephews; two great nephews; one great niece; and many cousins.

A private memorial service was held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the supervision of the J. Homer Ball Funeral Home, Inc., 201 James Street, Canastota.
