CANASTOTA . . .

Jacqueline A Hess, Gram, 91, of Canastota, was born on October 1, 1931, and passed away on Sunday, June 18, 2023, at the Oneida Healthcare Extended Care Facility.

Gram was predeceased by her eldest daughter, Donna Jean Johnson.

Grieving are Gram's husband of 72 years, Robert Hess; Daughters, Carol (Ken) Hoston, Barbara (Tom) Backus, Bonnie (Heidi) Armstrong; 10 Grandsons, Robert (Carrie) Hess, Gene Johnson (Kristen), Greg (Zoey) Johnson, Jamie Johnson, Nicholas (Jenni) Hollister, Noa DeNova (Ashley), Joshua (Dawn) DeNova, Christopher (Katie) Hollister, Ryan Malek and Zachary Malek; 14 Great Grandchildren; 2 Great-Great Grandchildren; and extended loving family members.

Jackie's family has the utmost gratitude to all the present and past staff at ECF 3rd floor and Oneida Extended Care that touched her life. We will be forever grateful for the kindness, love, laughter and shenanigans you shared with Jackie.

A Celebration of Gram's Life will be at the Oneida American Legion on Saturday, August 12, 2023, from 1–3 pm. All are Welcome.
