My grandma was my favorite person. She was the most selfless person I know. She lived for her children and then her grandchildren. She made me toasted peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, took care of me when I was sick and taught me the value of family. I have so many memories with my grandma but the ones that stand out are planting flowers around the light post and making homemade applesauce. There was never a time that she didn’t believe in me or a time that she wasn’t there for me with her hugs. She was beautiful inside and out and I will be forever grateful for the values she taught me and the love she gave me. I will miss her so much.
