CANASTOTA . . .

Karen A. Cali, 66, of 309 N. Peterboro Street, Canastota, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at her home.

She was born on March 13, 1957, in Canastota, the son of the late Gerald "Jerry" and Joan (Runfola) Cali.

Karen spent her early years in Canastota, graduating from Canastota High School in 1975. She later lived in Manlius for 16 years, moving back to Canastota in 2002.

She worked for H.P Hood in Vernon for 15 years, retiring in 2023. She had previously worked for Phillips Magnavox in Manlius for several years.

Karen enjoyed spending time with her friends and family, especially her grandchildren.

Surviving are: one son, Kristofer D. Cali, Sr. of Canastota; and four grandchildren, Dakota Wells Cali, Kristofer Cali, Jr., Kameron Cali, and Amileah Cali.

At Karen's request there will be no calling hours or funeral service. Arrangements are under supervision of the J. Homer Ball Funeral Home, Inc., 201 James Street, Canastota.
