ONEIDA . . .

Helen M. Frost, 84, of Rocky Road, Oneida, passed away on Thursday, December 26, 2024, at University Hospital, Syracuse, following a lengthy illness.

She was born on July 8, 1940, in Kansas, the daughter of the late Ross and Opal (Jones) Frost.

Helen spent her early years in Kansas, graduating from Columbus High School in 1958, moving to Oneida in 1964.

She worked for Stanton Paper Box Company in Oneida, retiring when it closed after working there for more than 30 years.

Helen was a member of the Oneida Owls Club.

She enjoyed spending time with her family.

Helen married William Frost on June 24, 1958. Bill passed away on September 23, 2007.

Surviving are: three sons, Wayne Frost of Oneida, Steven and Colleen Frost of Oneida, and Daniel Frost of Lewiston; four grandchildren, Billy Frost, Aaron Frost, Seth Frost, and Andrew Frost; several great grandchildren; one brother, Fred Bennett of Kansas; and one sister Josephine of Kansas; as well as nieces, nephews, and cousins. Helen was predeceased by three sisters, Linda, Charlotte, and Connie.

At Helen's request there will be no calling hours or funeral service. Arrangements are under the supervision of the J. Homer Ball Funeral Home, Inc., 201 James Street, Canastota.
